However the information thus provided may not be considered contractual, and the Vendor may not be held liable in the event of any errors, any colour variations in the presentation of the Articles, or any differences in perception that may arise therefrom. The Customer is invited to consult the description provided of each Article in order to establish its properties and specific features, in particular with regard to the characteristics and size sought, as the process of choosing and purchasing an Article shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer. Availability of Articles
The Articles presented on the Site are available for sale while stocks last. Should supplies of an Article run out despite the best efforts of the Vendor, the Vendor shall be responsible for notifying the Customers via the website and / or by any appropriate means (telephone call or email) in the course of an order. The Vendor will send the confirmation of the order by email provided by the customer within 3 working/business days.
In the exceptional event of the Product becoming unavailable after confirmation of the order, the Customer shall be informed of the fact by e-mail, no later than five (5) working days after confirmation of the order.
Taxes and Duties
There may be duties and/or foreign taxes applied by customs towards the order of the Customer when delivery is made. We are unable to be held responsible for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded by Anastasia Frei Hats and Accessories. The Vendor delivers in Switzerland and EU with the exception of post-office box addresses (P.O Box). The Vendor makes its best efforts to ensure delivery of the order, enclosing the evidencing invoice, within an average of ten (10) working days and a maximum of thirty (30) working days from the day following the date of payment of the order. It is hereby specified that orders booked on this website on Friday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. onwards, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Right of Withdrawl
