Order
The placing of any orders via this website shall amount to the formation of a distance contract between the Customer and the Vendor (Anastasia Frei Hats and Accessories). To order an Article, the Customer should select the Article concerned on this website and add it to his or her purchase basket by clicking on the “add to cart” button. The Customer may at any time alter or remove Articles selected on the “view cart” page, via the “Cart” displayed at the top right of each of the website’s pages. Once the Customer has completed the selection process, he or she is invited to check the contents of the purchase basket by clicking on the “basket” icon. This provides an opportunity to correct any errors in input concerning in particular the nature of the Articles, by clicking on quantity number or “Remove”. Having checked the details of the order, the Client must definitively validate it by clicking on “Checkout” or “Chek out with PayPal”. The Customer is informed that all the Articles selected and placed in the purchase basket, shall remain available for sale to other purchasers until the relevant order has been definitively validated, and that the Vendor provides no guarantee that the price in effect on the day of selection without validation shall be maintained: the applicable price shall be the one in effect when the Customer validates his or her order.
To finalize the order, the Customer must confirm his or her delivery and invoicing address, or indicate a new delivery address for the Territory and / or for invoicing purposes.
The sale shall only be considered definitive after the Vendor sends the Customer confirmation of acceptance of the order by email and cashes the amount due upon dispatch of the Articles, the Customer formally agreeing to an email being used by the Vendor to confirm the contents of the order. The Vendor reserves the right to refuse to fulfil orders received from a Customer with whom it is in dispute until said dispute is entirely settled, or orders that are abnormal or abusive in nature or that contravene the provisions of the GTCS.
Information regarding the Articles
Characteristics of the Articles
The greatest attention is devoted by the Vendor to the characteristics, descriptions, colours, photographs and representations of the Articles on this website, and said Articles are presented there in the most precise and accurate manner possible (in terms of specifications, illustrations, size, composition, etc.). However the information thus provided may not be considered contractual, and the Vendor may not be held liable in the event of any errors, any colour variations in the presentation of the Articles, or any differences in perception that may arise therefrom. The Customer is invited to consult the description provided of each Article in order to establish its properties and specific features, in particular with regard to the characteristics and size sought, as the process of choosing and purchasing an Article shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer. Availability of Articles
The Articles presented on the Site are available for sale while stocks last. Should supplies of an Article run out despite the best efforts of the Vendor, the Vendor shall be responsible for notifying the Customers via the website and / or by any appropriate means (telephone call or email) in the course of an order. The Vendor will send the confirmation of the order by email provided by the customer within 3 working/business days.
In the exceptional event of the Product becoming unavailable after confirmation of the order, the Customer shall be informed of the fact by e-mail, no later than five (5) working days after confirmation of the order.
Taxes and Duties
There may be duties and/or foreign taxes applied by customs towards the order of the Customer when delivery is made. We are unable to be held responsible for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded by Anastasia Frei Hats and Accessories. If the Customer is unsure of the charges and whether he or she will be affected, the Customer should contact the local customs office to find out more information.
Payment
Payments are made of by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) or by Paypal. The payment conditions such as bank transfers or against refunds are not accepted. The order validated by the Customer will be considered actual only when the payment will have been credited on the Anastasia Frei Hats and Accessories account. Besides, Anastasia Frei Hats and Accessories reserves the right to refuse any order of a Customer with who would exist a dispute.
Delivery
The Vendor delivers in Switzerland and EU with the exception of post-office box addresses (P.O Box). The Vendor makes its best efforts to ensure delivery of the order, enclosing the evidencing invoice, within an average of ten (10) working days and a maximum of thirty (30) working days from the day following the date of payment of the order. It is hereby specified that orders booked on this website on Friday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. onwards, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders booked on this website on public holidays will likewise be processed the next working day. The Articles ordered by the Customer are delivered to the address given by the Customer. The Customer can have the products delivered to a different address from his/her own. Delivery will not be made in the event of force majeure (frustration), transport strike and/or postal strike.
For Switzerland and EU the shipping costs are shown together with the other purchase costs at the conclusion of the order process, prior to confirmation. For the deliveries outside Switzerland the customer makes a commitment has to settle all the due taxes has the import of products, customs duty, value-added tax, and quite other taxes were owed by virtue of the laws of the country of reception of the order. Right of Withdrawl
The Customer shall have seven (7) working days from the date of receipt within which to return the articles he/she has ordered, at his/her own expense and without starting reasons. To be returnable, the products must be neither worn nor washed. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to the following address: Anastasia Frei Hats and Accessories, Ankerstrasse 120, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland. If the above started conditions are fulfilled, Anastasia Frei Hats and Accessories shall refund the customer for the total amount of his/her order, within fifteen (15) days of Anastasia Frei Hats and Accessories receiving the Products, which shall be borne by the Purchaser.
Return Policy
No returns or exhanges on sale items except on defective merchandise.
In case of defective merchandise, the customer shall have seven (7) working days from the date of receipt within which to return or exchange at his/her own cost, any Product ordered by the Customer if it fails to give him/her satisfaction. This time limit shall run from the date of receipt of the Products. Beyond that time limit, the Vendor may at its option refuse to make the exchange or refund.
All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging neither worn or washed to the following address: Anastasia Frei Hats and Accessories, Ankerstrasse 120, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland.
It shall the Customer’s responsibility to retain all proof of return, this implies returning his/her order by registered parcel or by any other means of ascertaining the date of the return dispatch. Any products returned other than in their original condition and packaging, particulary where they are incomplete, or have been worn or dirtied by the Customer, will not be taken back. In the event of abnormal or unreasonable returns, the Vendor may refuse to honour any future order.
If the above started conditions are fulfilled, the Vendor shall refund the customer for the total amount of his/her order, within fifteen (15) days of Anastasia Frei Hats and Accessories receiving the Products, except for the cost of returning of the Products, which shall be borne by the Purchaser.

Force majeure
The Vendor shall not be liable for any total or partial failure to fulfil its obligations under a sales contract or the present GTCS, if this failure arises as a result of an occurrence of ‘force majeure’ under the conditions defined by the case law of the ‘Cour de Cassation’ (Procedural Appeals Court) including notably but not exclusively, natural catastrophes, actions by the public authorities, embargos, strikes by goods carriers, exceptional weather conditions preventing production, insurrections, riots, and / or disruption to power supplies. In such cases, when the Vendor is affected by the occurrence of force majeure it shall notify the Customer by email within ten (10) days at most of the occurrence of force majeure taking place, indicating the anticipated consequences and duration, and shall do all it can to limit the impact thereof. The fulfilment of obligations shall recommence as normal as soon as the occurrence of force majeure ceases and the Vendor has duly informed the Customer of this development.
